OSHA issues new COVID-19 guidance
OSHA issued new advisory-only guidance on January 29, 2021 (no new legal requirements or obligations). The recommendations include: Assignment of a workplace coordinator responsible for COVID-19 issues; Identification of where and how workers might be exposed to COVID-19 at work; Consideration of protections for workers at higher risk for severe illness.
